Shipping Information:

We normally ship off our orders within 1 business day (exclude holidays and weekends), please understand that once the packages leave our facility, we will not have control over them. If you have chosen a traceable shipping service, then a tracking number will be available once shipped. Certain unforeseen backordered product ordered, we will notify our customer immediately.

Some products that require pre-installation such as adding optional features - HID, Angel Eye Halo Rings, Wiring, Protection Film,...etc, will have slight delay and we will inform our customer about it as well.

** We currently ship within USA 50 States, as well as to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, France, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Japan, and South Korea. The shipping fee is base on the weight of the item you select. ** (Import Duty Taxes for NON-US customers are required and are being paid to your Government)

Shipping Rules, Currencies and Tax Duties for International Orders:

When customers reside outside of United States buy the product on the internet from other country other than where you reside, the item must be "imported" to you from that country. The shipping cost we charge you *DOES NOT* include the import duty tax the customer is responsible of. Therefore, when the item arrives in your country, a government agency of your country, may charge you a custom fee on the item. We, the merchant, have no control over this and is very difficult to anticipate. The fees vary greatly, you can expect to pay on value about:

Canada : 9%
Europe: 11-16%

These fees will have to be paid when the item is delivered or received at the post office and this is done to ensure that your country receives money for taxation.
Most countries have a minimum limit whereby items with a value under that limit are are not taxed. Then custom duties are based on the items category and whether or not your country produces the same products.
Therefore, customers from ANOTHER country besides United States, are responsible for all Brokerage Fees, Taxes & Duties - which may be charged upon delivery. Please contact your local shipping agent to determine your estimated taxes & duties.

FOR NON-US SPECS: Merchandises being sold at on our websites are mainly made to fit US / CANADIAN SPECIFICATIONS only, UNLESS specified otherwise.
We strongly suggest, as well as expect all of our customers to check the advertisement thoroughly and completely, read the item description carefully, compare the photos and understand what we sell clearly PRIOR to buy to avoid discrepancy.

If you need to know the currency conversion rate for your purchase, you can go to www.xe.com to find out the most up-to-date rate instead. Your order will be charged in US Dollars opposed to the currency used in your country.

Installation and Use Disclaimers:

An important note here: We always strive to sell the products that can be DIY, however, we still highly recommend all of the parts purchased from us to be professionally installed, as we believe both merchandise and your vehicle are valuable and should be installed by certified / licensed technician who is more experienced and knows how to reduce problem before/during/after installation process. 

We will not be responsible on showing you the installation guidance. We are also not responsible for any damages / alterations done to your vehicle as we do not perform the installation on your vehicle.
Some products we sell are intended for off-road / show car purposes only, please check with your local laws and regulations for usage. We are not responsible for any mis-use of the product and any ticket as result related to it.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If your purchase arrives in damaged condition during shipping, you must report to us within 3 business days upon receipt of your purchase in order for us to provide proper assistance. You must also retain all of the shipping content, package and packing materials when you report receipt of the damage goods to us. 

Customers have 30 business days to return the purchase he/she is not satisfied with, as long as the purchase is in brand new, unused, and undamaged condition. Customer will also need to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # from us and have that number shown on the return package when returning the purchase. 

Customers are required to provide the merchandise's condition by photos. In general, once the merchandise is installed or used or altered, we do not accept the return. 

An authorized return that is no longer in the brand new condition is subject to 25% re-stocking fee and shipping/handling charge is not refundable.

If an order was sent out incorrectly, our company will cover both ways shipping fees to have the merchandise returned to us for either an exchange or a full refund, at our customer's discretion. Please note that we must first receive the incorrect merchandise back to replace / exchange it.

Shipping Policies:

Please note that all packages that are sent by FEDEX from our company will NOT allow you to change the delivery address. 
Local FEDEX pickup service is unavailable, in which means that you must supply us an address where you will be able to sign and accept the FEDEX delivery during normal business hours when you submit your order.

Customer is responsible for any fee incurred for any return due to non-deliverable address. 

** We must and can only ship to the physical address required by FEDEX. We cannot ship to P.O. BOX address when FEDEX is in use. 

There might be cases when the tracking info provided by the shipping carrier shown the package being delivered but the customer never receives it. For incidents like this, we will not be held responsible but we definitely will assist you to get the loss claim reported via the shipment carrier. To avoid this type of situation, please be sure that the shipping address provided with payment is current and accurate.

You may opt to pay the optional insurance fee, in which if the item indeed is lost or stolen, we can claim the reimbursement through the shipping carrier.

Payment Policies:

We currently accept 1.) paypal, 2.) money order / cashier's check, 3.) Bank Wire Transfer and 4.) credit / debit cards for the payment means, and the policies / rules of usage by paypal in general are applied. We cannot ship to an alternative address other than your paypal's confirmed / verified registered address.
Please use caution while submitting your order as it will be denied instantly if the info you provide does not match with what paypal holds.

We accept credit / debit cards payment for US customers only and we must ship to your billing address, we do not ship to any other address besides your credit card billing address.

Q. Are your items listed on your site in stock?
A. Yes, 99% of them are in stock and ready to ship.

Q. Are your items brand new?
A. Yes, we only sell brand new items unless specified otherwise.

Q. Do you offer rush delivery?
A. No, at the moment, we do not offer rush delivery.

Q. Will this item fit my vehicle?
A. Please read the description and check the photo we provided carefully prior to buy. If the description of your vehicle is not listed then the item is not a direct replacement for your car.

Q. Can I have my order shipped to another address?
A. If you would like to have your ordered shipped to another address, the only payment method we accept is Money Order for all US customers or Bank Wire Transfer for all of the customers reside outside of US Territories. 

Q. I wasn't home to sign for the package, what can I do?
A. FEDEX usually does 3-Attempts to Deliver – You must contact us IMMEDIATELY if you miss your first FEDEX delivery attempt. If you are not able to be home to accept the delivery, have someone there to do that for you. Interception service is $12.00 extra by FEDEX. As for USPS, they will most likely hold the package at your local post office for up to 3 weeks.

Other Important Info:

Installation - Generally we DO NOT provide installation guides for our products but some that we sell on our website do come with general installation guides. We highly recommend professional installation to avoid any potential problems that may arise during the installation process if you are not mechanically prone to solve the problem on y our own. 

PLEASE NOTE: It is essential that you, as the customers understand the items are vehicle related and require installation and vehicle knowledge. Installation skill and experience varies so it is recommended the item is installed professionally. We are not responsible if you or your shop cannot install the items properly. Please do research on your car specific forums or find a shop that is specialized in aftermarket installs and knows your specific model. Those are the best places to have it installed. We wish all the tuner parts we sell were as simple as putting Shoes on your feet but they are not. Keep in mind; we do not make the products. We do our job which is to get you the best price possible and ship it out fast.

Warranty - The products we sell are warranted by the manufacturer, mostly up to 6 months after the delivery due to we have no control over the products are used. However, if you have any questions regarding the warranty issue, please contact us prior to buy.


General Warranty Terms:

These WARRANTY terms only apply to the items that are clearly specified in the product page. Warranty covers the fitment for the item sold in the product page only. Retailers and Manufacturers or any parties associated with the products are not liable for any damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or incidental damage that may arise from using the product. Warranty period begins at the date of delivery date and up to 6 months after the purchase is made. Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY. The repair or replacement can be shipped to ORIGINAL ADDRESS ONLY. Customers are responsible for all shipping related to the product- Shipping must be PREPAID. Warranty is void if product is no longer available to merchant. 
By making the purchase, the customers and recipients of the product agree to these terms. 

Terms of Use / Disclaimer:

Use and purchase of this product is voluntary and the user accepts all responsibility for correct use and installation. Some products are Euro-spec or Asia-spec which may need modification for installation and may not conform to US-specs. Installation instructions are not provided for most parts. We recommend professional installation for all parts sold. Most buyers are not certified or do not possess the experience or knowledge to work on vehicles. Installation by non-certified professionals is dangerous and could cause item or vehicle damage. The parts may not be legal for street use. It is the responsibility of the customers' to check all local, state, and federal laws regarding legality of items being purchased. 
The user agrees by installing the items that the Manufacturer and the merchant are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur from the use of parts. By making the purchase, you agree to comply with our terms and policies.
