Q: Where do we ship?
A: We ship to all 50 states within the United States, as well as U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). We also ship to most international countries, so if you do not see your country listed, ensure to Contact Us for more information.
Q: How do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
A: Most items going to Hawaii or Alaska may be shipped via FedEx Second Day Air in which your order may deliver within 2-3 business days.
Q: Do you charge import duty tax to my country?
A: Packages shipped internationally will be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees as our shipping charges does not include them. All charges will be the recipient's responsibility to fulfill as soon as the package has reached the country of its destination. Please note that customs at your country is charging you on the import duty, taxes and fees. Since the fees vary by country we cannot predict what cost will be. Any payment issues will delay customs clearance of the package and may result to the package being returned to shipper. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover charges we receive from the carrier should the package be returned back to us. For more information on duties and taxes, please review FedEx's website.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Box or APO / FPO addresses?
A: We do not accept PO Boxes or APO / FPO addresses as FedEx does not ship to these locations.
Q: What if I need to change my address?
A: We cannot modify / alter any addresses; we can only ship to the address we've received under your payment. Should you be checking out with PayPal, we can only ship to your PayPal Confirmed Address. If you are checking out using Credit Card, we can only ship to your Billing Address.
Q: Why haven't I received my tracking information?
A: We process and ship orders Monday - Friday as we do not work on holidays and weekends. We process each transaction within one business day upon the receipt of your cleared payment (as long as there are no address issues). Please provide us until the end of the business day for us to update your tracking number.
Q: Why haven't I received my package?
A: There may be cases where the tracking status on the carrier's website shows delivery but you have yet to receive it. Please note for cases like this, we will not be held responsible as it is the carrier's responsibility to successfully deliver the item to you. However, we can assist in trying to get in contact with the carrier by initiating a lost trace and / or claim. Ensure to check your tracking status on the carrier's website periodically to understand the whereabouts of your shipment. If the tracking status shows delivery but you have not received the item(s), please check around your property, household, and with fellow neighbors. For any further issues, please Contact Us.
Q: Can I cancel once my item has been shipped?
A: Unfortunately, once you have received your tracking number and you see movement on the carrier's website, we cannot stop or cancel the order. Extra charges will apply for any refusals, non-deliverable addresses or unwarranted returns.

There may be a delay in processing your order if we are unable to verify your payment information due to it being either inaccurate or incomplete.
Your BILLING address must also match your SHIPPING address in order to fulfill your order.
Any delay with orders may require an additional 2 business days to process.
After we have received your payment and it has been cleared, we will ship out your order the next business day.
Once it has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Please allow at least 24-48 business hours for the tracking information to be updated online by the carrier.
