Product Details, Installation and Terms of Use

Unique Style Racing and its affiliates accept no liability on how the product is used / installed, so please refer to our Terms and Conditions before you make the purchase. Uniquestyleracings.com does not have any affiliation with Acura, Audi, Bentley, BMW (BMW AG or Bavarian Motor Werkes or Bayerische Motoren Werke AG), Cadillac, Chevrolet (Chevy), Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC (GM Motor), Honda, Hyundai, Isuzu, Jeep, Kia, Land Rover, Lexus, Lincoln, Mazda, MBZ (Mercedes Benz), Mini (Mini Cooper), Mitsubishi, Nissan, Pontiac, Porsche, Scion, Subaru, Toyota and Volkswagen (VW).

a). Pre-installation: Unique Style Racing ("USR") requires more time to prepare and quality control products that require pre-installation (e.g., HID, Angel Eye Halo Rings, Wiring, Protection Film, etc.).
b). Installation: Although you may be able to Do-it-Yourself ("DIY"), professional installation by a certified / licensed technician who is experienced and knows how to reduce problems that occur before, during and after installation is highly recommended. Please note however, USR will not be held responsible if you or the chosen shop did not install the product(s) properly (and may have damaged the item). If you prefer to DIY, ensure to do a rigorous research on forums, YouTube, Google, etc. prior to install. If you are searching for a local shop to install the item(s), make certain your installer specializes in aftermarket lighting products and has former knowledge of your vehicle. USR will try to assist with any installation inquires. You also agree that by installing the items, USR and the manufacturer are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur from the use of the parts.
c). Guides: Installation guides will not be provided for all products. However, if there is an installation guide available, this will be provided upon request - ensure to Contact Us so we can check to see if there is one available.
d). Laws and Regulations: Some items carried is intended for off-roading and show-car purposes only, so check with your federal, local, and state laws and regulations for usage. USR is not responsible for any penalties (e.g., tickets) you may receive in result of using their products.
e). US-Spec: Merchandise being sold on the website is made to fit US / Canadian Specifications only (unless otherwise stated). Ensure to read the item description carefully to understand what the listing entails prior to purchasing to avoid any discrepancies. If the product is for Euro-Spec or Asia-Spec, some modifications may be required.
f). Out of Stock / Backordered Items: You will be notified immediately should there be any item(s) that are out of stock / backordered.
g). Voluntary: The use of this product is completely voluntary, so the user accepts all responsibility.
h). Product Fitment: USR's products are intended for OEM-Stock direct replacements only; thus, the items sold are not meant for retrofitting / modifying purposes. Therefore, we strongly suggest ensuring the body panels / parts / lighting assemblies you are replacing our products with are originally from stock. There is a high likely chance you will encounter fitment issues should your vehicle not be in its OEM-setting.

Currencies, Duties, Taxes & Other Fees for International Orders & General Shipping Information
a). International Orders: USR ships to all 50 states within the United States ("USA"), as well as United States territories (e.g., Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). USR also ship to most international countries, so if you do not see your country listed, ensure to Contact Us for more information.
Packages shipped internationally (non-USA) will be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage and customs fees as the shipping charges does not include them.
We currently DO NOT ship to a "Forwarding" and "Logistic" company but we ship door to door for commercial and residential addresses only.
All charges will be the recipient's responsibility to fulfill as soon as the package has reached the country of its destination. Please note that customs at your country is charging you on the import duty, taxes and fees. Since the fees vary by country, USR cannot predict what the cost will be. Any payment issues will delay customs' clearance of the package and may result to the package being returned to shipper. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover all charges received from the carrier should the package be returned. For more information on duties and taxes, please review FedEx's website.
b). Currency: All pricing originally listed are in US Dollars (USD). If you would like to know the currency conversion rate for the interested item, you can Click Here.
c). Address Changes: FedEx is the primary carrier used (unless otherwise stated). No address changes (before or after shipment) will be permitted.
e). PO Box, APO / FPO: PO Box or APO / FPO addresses will not be accepted as FedEx does not ship to these locations.
f). Free Shipping: Free shipping will be applied on selected items going to a domestic location via United States Postal Service (USPS). Additional shipping will always apply for all international orders.

Exchanges, Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
a). Item arrived damaged: Should the item be damaged during transit, you must report the issue within 3 business days upon receiving your shipment. Ensure to keep the item(s) and all packaging materials as the carrier will require documentations of this.
b). Returns: You will have up to 30 days upon receipt of item to return the product back to USR as long as it is still in brand new, unused and undamaged condition. Prior to return, please submit a Return Request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For any returns that does not include a RMA number will result to a longer processing time. Photo documentations that show the condition of the item will also be required.
c). Restocking Fee: For all authorized returns are subject to restocking fees, depending on the return condition. Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable.
d). Received incorrect or defective item: Should you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise, ensure to contact USR within 3 business days upon receiving your shipment. If you prefer a refund, USR will provide you a pre-paid return label for you to send the item back as long as the product is deemed to be incorrect or faulty. If you want to do an exchange, USR will cover both way shipping (provide you a prepaid return label and a label to ship out the correct item to you) as long as the product is deemed to be incorrect or faulty. The original purchased product will need to be returned back to USR's facility before USR ships out the correct item or provides the refund. Please prepare photo documentations that clearly show you have indeed received the incorrect or faulty merchandise. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the items back to USR's facility should he or she no longer want the item due to a biased opinion.
e). Item not received: There may be cases where the tracking status on the carrier's website shows delivery but you have yet to receive it. Please note for cases like this, USR will not be held responsible as it is the carrier's responsibility to successfully deliver the item to you. However, USR may assist in trying to get in contact with the carrier by initiating a lost trace and / or claim. Ensure to check your tracking status on the carrier's website periodically to understand the whereabouts of your shipment. If the tracking status shows delivery but you have not received the item(s), please check around your property, household, and with fellow neighbors. For any further issues, please Contact Us.
f). Received tracking but want to cancel: Unfortunately, once you have received your tracking number and you see movement on the carrier's website, USR cannot stop or cancel the order. Extra charges will apply for any refusals, non-deliverable addresses, or unwarranted returns.  Please note that original shipping/handling is NOT refundable.
g). Significantly Not as Described: If the product you have received is not as described and you need to return for refund, USR will always ask for you to provide photo / video documentations explaining why. The main reason for this is to protect both parties and to avoid inconsistency from occurring. The documentations will assist in understanding how / why / when the problems were formed.

Payment Policies
a). Payment Methods for Domestic and Canada Orders: PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), Credit Cards (We do not accept American Express Card) and Debit Cards are accepted as payment means. If you would like to checkout using PayPal, USR can only ship to your PayPal Confirmed Address. If you would like to checkout using your Credit Card or Debit Card, USR can only ship to your Billing Address. Your payment will be unsuccessful should you not comply with USR's payment guidelines.
b). International Orders (besides Canada): PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) will only be accepted as payment means.

General Limited Warranty Terms
a). Limited Product Warranty: Some products carried are warranted by the manufacturer. Thus, if you have any questions regarding warranty, please Contact Us prior to making the purchase. USR does not manufacture the products in-house and does not provide any warranty to the products sold. Most DEPO brand lighting assemblies come with a 6 months manufacturer warranty. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. The limited warranty begins upon the receipt of the product and covers fitment and leaking issues only. You will be held responsible for both way shipping fees for any limited warranty purposes. USR guarantees that the products sold is as described and as advertised, so we disclaim any implied warranty of title, ownership, and merchantability.

Privacy Policy
a). Information we collect and use: In order to process your order efficiently, USR will require the following information: Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address, E-Mail, and Phone Number ("Personal Information") when the order is placed. This information is solely used by USR and is stored in a secured environment. USR does not give or sell Personal Information to any other party. Surveys will also be issued periodically to gain feedback from consumers.
b). Your information is safe with us: One of the top priorities is keeping your Personal Information safe and secure. USR uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which provides the highest level of security to encrypt all of your Personal Information before it is transmitted. Encrypted information cannot be read or recorded as it travels over the Internet. You can tell you are sending information securely by viewing the unbroken-key or closed-lock icon at the top of your internet browser's window (location may vary depending on the type of browser you use). You will see the website address change slightly from http: to https: which indicates a secure server connection is being used. Also, the computers that store your Personal Information are located in a separate facility which employs the latest firewall and security technology.
c). How to opt-out of our e-mails: If you no longer wish to receive e-mail notifications and newsletters, please click on, "Unsubscribe" at the footer of the email you have recently received. Another option is by sending a message by clicking on Contact Us and stating you wish to unsubscribe.
d). Your acceptance of these terms: Please ensure to read USR's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions carefully and thoroughly as the utilization of the website is automatically understood you have accepted each ground rule. USR reserves the right to modify, add, and/or remove content at any time, but will notify you should there be any changes made.
